Meet Riley our Youngest scrapbooker

Here is Riley, our youngest scrapbooker. He came with his mom and turned out to be quite the scrapbooker. He knew how to use many or our tools and was very helpful. We hope he comes back and scrap with us again...we enjoyed having you Riley!

So some of you maybe interested in the SureCutsAlot program or SCAL for short...Click Here to go to their site and get more information on this awesome program that allows you to use true type fonts, cliparts, jpegs, and bmps and cut them with your Cricut.

Riley!!!!

So we had a visitor come to Monday's class and I think we made him feel right at home...and let me tell you, he knows how to scrapbook!!! Let me introduce you to Riley! Riley was pretty quiet at first but as the night went on..he fit right in with the rest of us. Thanks girls for making him feel so welcomed.

February layout

Here is our February layout. Sorry late in posting..I had forgotten to take my camera to class, but here it is..came out really nice, I had several at the class, but unfortunately, I haven't gotten a chance to get a picture of their layouts. One decided not to do the calendar page, but use the layout to make a page called SISTERS and it was gorgeous. I love the creativity of this class as we come in with a design and everyone leaves with their own piece of artwork...or should I say page layout...but I call it art. :)

Die cut of my son thanks to Susan Uncle

Here is a diecut of our son, thanks to Susan, who spent several hours doing this just for me. I shed many tears as I saw this cut come to life. This is one of the last pictures taken of our son by his brother as they went kayaking for the first time when they went to a camp with their dad. Thanks to Susan I have a diecut that I cherish. I can't wait for the tutorial so I can make many more and help my fellow scrappers make theirs.

Click on the link below to get the Surecutsalot program that you can use with your Cricut. You can now cut any true type fonts, and just about any jpeg, bmp file, as well as cliparts and dingbats. Save this link and check it out. I love this program and use it on almost all my cuts. This is the program that was used to make this cut possible.
